CANCELLATION POLICY 

Cancellations received by November 1, 2024 are subject to a 10% administration fee. 
After November 1st, 2024 we will no longer be able to provide a refund for any reason.
Super Early Bird (72 Hour) deposits and Early Bird deposits are non-refundable at any time, but can be transferred.

If you are bringing additional attendees, i.e. your spouse, companion, partner, other family members or staff, a separate registration form must be completed for each individual guest using their own personal information. For those earning $350,000 per year or more, join Jim Harris and Randall Craig, CSP, HoF at the High Income Earners Group (HIEG) on Thursday, December 5th from 9:00am to 3:30 pm. Immerse yourself in impactful business discussions with your peers in a private, powerful, day-long session (includes lunch). The annual fee for HIEG membership is $157; this includes meetings throughout the year, a private Facebook group, and the HIEG session at the convention.

We know that bringing along a plus-1 is something many of our delegates do, so they can enjoy the atmosphere of our convention location. This year, we’re hoping to help take the guesswork out of your guest having to decide where to eat everyday, and to have to dine alone or with other plus-1’s. With that, we’ve created a Plus-1 Meal Program.

Your guest will be invited to every programmed meal that you as an attendee enjoy as part of your registration, and it also includes a ticket to the President's Gala!

In all, your guests will dine alongside you for the opening reception, 3 breakfasts, 2 lunches and the President's Gala, and all scheduled breaks for snacks and refreshments, if they so choose.
