CANCELLATION POLICY 

Cancellations received by November 1, 2025 are subject to a 10% administration fee. 
After November 1st, 2025 we will no longer be able to provide a refund for any reason.
Super Early Bird (72 Hour) deposits, Early Bird deposits and Early Adopter Club payments are non-refundable at any time, but can be transferred.

If you are bringing additional attendees, i.e. your spouse, companion, partner, other family members or staff, a separate registration form must be completed for each individual guest using their own personal information. One of the many benefits of having a top-notch AV team at our convention is that we can utilize state-of-the-art technology. We are delighted to announce that we will offer convention session recordings again this year. If you are registered for Convention, you can purchase audio with synchronized slide recordings of all Breakout Sessions. These recordings will be delivered via email approximately two weeks after Convention.
