December 5th - 7th, 2026, in Toronto, Ontario.

If you are registering for the 2026 Convention, please first click the "Create a new user account" tab, and then enter your email address, along with a strong password. This new account will allow you to access and update your registration information in the future.

If you have already registered for the 2026 Convention and wish to review your registration or make changes, please use the "Sign into your existing account" tab to enter your credentials.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation requests received on or before November 1, 2026, will be refunded less a 10% processing fee. All requests must be received in writing. No refunds will be given after November 1, 2026, or for no-shows.

Super Early Bird (72-hour) deposits, Early Adopters Club (72-hour) registration fees, and Early Bird deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred.

Before you begin – please note that each Convention attendee attending sessions is required to complete the registration form below. If you are bringing additional attendees, i.e., your spouse, companion, partner, other family members, or staff, a separate registration form must be completed for each individual guest using their own personal information. It’s important that each registrant provide as much detail as possible to ensure the best possible Convention experience.
