After September 14, 2026, the Super Early Bird and Early Bird rates will increase by $200.
Convention Add-On’s, such as Magical Mystery Pre-Convention, HIEG, Foundation Night, Gala Guest Tickets, will be available soon.
Cancellations received by November 1, 2026, are subject to a 10% administration fee.
After November 1st, 2026, we will no longer be able to provide a refund for any reason.
Super Early Bird (72-hour) deposits, Early Bird deposits, and Early Adopter Club payments are non-refundable at any time, but can be transferred.

Before you begin – Please note that each Convention attendee attending sessions is required to complete the registration form below. If you are bringing additional attendees, i.e. your spouse, companion, partner, other family members or staff, a separate registration form must be completed for each individual guest using their own personal information. It’s important that each registrant provide as much detail as possible to ensure the best possible Convention experience.
