Sam Demma
Sam is a 21-year-old keynote speaker and entrepreneur. He co-founded PickWaste, created the High Performing Student Program, delivered two TEDx Talks, and is the youngest member of our Association. Sam's mission is to provide people with the hope, tools and strategies they need to become change-makers in their schools, businesses, teams, and in the lives of those around them.
Andrea Menard
Andrea is an accomplished Métis singer, songwriter, actress, TEDx speaker, and the founder of the Sacred Feminine Learning Lodge. She is a 5-time Gemini-nominated actress and 15-time music award winner with 4 critically acclaimed albums, 2 original tv performance specials, and 2 symphony Pops concerts. Andrea dedicates her life and work to empowering both the Indigenous and the Feminine voice through song, story, activism, training, and healing. As seen in USA Today, Andrea is an influencer in Feminine leadership.

Halina is a former television news producer and reporter whose career took her around the world. She created The TalkitOut Technique to help broadcasters tell their stories better. Then business and government leaders started asking for help with their speeches and presentations. Today, through her company, Presentations Masterclass, she helps leaders make successful presentations live or virtually.Halina is a professional speaker, coach and author of six books on The TalkitOut Technique.

Laura has built two highly respected firms which respectively provide proactive HR law and HR consulting advice designed to minimize workplace law challenges, maximize employee engagement and boost bottom line performance. Laura is also a seasoned workplace investigator, routinely engaged to conduct complex workplace investigations, and is recognized for specific expertise in investigations related to equity, diversity and inclusion. As a professional speaker, Laura regularly delivers keynote talks on topics relevant to entrepreneurs, business leaders, HR professionals and lawyers.
