The Federal Election and the CDCP – What Happens Next?

 

Thank you for your interest in our virtual Town Hall on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, from 7 PM to 8 PM. This webinar is free for ODA members.

The recent federal election has set the stage for a fourth term for the Liberal government. What implications does this have for dentistry? Dr. Maneesh Jain, our President, along with Dr. David Brown, our President-Elect, will engage in a discussion about what comes next. They will explore how the Canadian Dental Care Plan's expansion will bring more eligible patients and what this could mean for dental practices. Furthermore, they will outline our advocacy priorities, such as protecting third-party dental benefits, and share how the ODA will continue to be a robust voice for its members, shaping policies that affect our profession.  

After the live presentation, there will be a question-and-answer session. You can submit your questions ahead of time to advocacy@oda.ca.

Members will earn one (1) Category 2 point for attending the entire webinar. Certificates will be sent to the email you registered with the day after the live webinar.
